Hello,
I have just purchased M4 and installed several apps.
However, I found some apps are able to be connected only under WiFi connection.
For those apps, when I launch them, it tries to connect to internet, but never comes back.
I checked all setteing, but it seems no problem. As matter of fact, some apps have no issues to launch and start.
Is there any settings that allows connection only under WiFi that I can turn it off for each apps ?

I have already tried that setting.
Either turning off the setting of background data ot be off for all apps or turning on the apps which has the issue then launch.
However, there is no improvement.
Seeing the past post, I found there is a menu to restric the access internet on 3G for each apps on the other android device.
However, it seems M4 does not have such menu.
I am sure some apps are restriced to access to internet on my M4, but I can not find such settings on the menu.
Or maybe my device itself has hardware problem ?

could you test it with a different router/WiFi? the reason I ask is because certain apps, services and/or websites might be restricted with some routers, an example, work hotspots usually restrict social media.

However, the issue only happens under the 3G connection.
I do not have any connection issue under WiFi.
Is there any setting that I can try chaging 3G connection ?

which apps do you have problems with?
in some countries, with prepaid plans, you are allowed certain amount of data for any app, and unlimited for other apps, perhaps this is the situation here? but do share which apps have this issue.

There are 2 apps that I have this issue, but one is Japanese app which you may not know.
The other is Seven Knights (netmarble).
