SOLA Touch screen issue

My brother brought a used Xperia Sola phone 2 months ago since few weeks its touch responsibility degraded.

one part of screen touch not working. Its seems common issue for most xperia phones.

* reinstalled firmware - problem same

* factory reset - same

* removed screen protecotr - same

phone has no warranty. there is no official sony service center in Sri Lanka.

what should I do ?

I found two guys who own xperia u also has same issue. one with replaced his xperia u's touch screen before 5 months and now he face same issue again.  is it hardware fault or software related ?

Since the issue seems to remain after reinstalling the phone software I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
