Software update

How can SUS tell me, my phone is up to date, when my phone running 2,5 month old software?

My phone is not rooted nor flashed. I updated only with SUS all the time before. 

The build number is:  9.2.A.0.295. 

I want to know when or how I will receive the latest software with build number:  9.2.A.1.205 ?

Updates are country and network orientated - So if your phone is branded then it's up to your network to release the update - If your phone is Generic then in some countries Generic handsets have to wait untill all networks aproove the update

Software version: GENERIC, and File System version is: GLOBAL- HSPA. My network is Vodafone Romania.
