my xperia U is built Nr 6.1.1.B.1.10

Sony says latest version is 5.1.1.B.1.54

my phone says: software is aktuel?

Dont worry about what sony website says the fact is sony always abondon its older models. Xperia U comes in same category now, so either u force update (repair option) via pc companion or not... U wont lose/miss anything.

Get a new model or forget about sony paying attention to xperia U anymore. Enjoy this life 😉
