Software update problems, not power cell

Hello, yesterday while updating my phone the Sony PC Companion crashed and the phone did not turn on showing the following message "the software update failed que make sure your phone is connect". I tried resetting it but could not. Please, help me.

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion. .
