Software Update Issue

I am using Sony Xperia Z C6602

Unable to update my software from 10.3.1.A.0.244 to 10.3.1.A.2.67 using PC Companion.  Tried everything like re installing the PC companion, firewall settings etc...

Is this update available in india???

Does it say that you have the latest firmware/update? If it does then it is not yet available.
