Software Update Issue XPERIA ION

Hi 

I m using XPERIA ION smartphone and I got a message about software update. I try to it trough PC Companion like it said, but when PC Companion finish step 1 and 2 and start to check the connection beetween phone and my laptop it can not recognize it. 

It is telling me to turn off wait 5 sec, then press volume down and connect, but nothing happens so please help if anyone has solution.
