In the third step of the upgrade, ie., the update, after the phone shuts down, the PC gets hanged. Even after several hours it remains the same. Finally I have to reset the PC to come out or just disconnect the phon. This persists. Please note that over the past one year I had made several updates for the same phone from the same PC with the same internet connection.Solution please. _Desktop
