Software update failed

I tried to update and the message came that up date failed and I should make sure the phone is connected to the computer and try again. The warning came and went off after about 2 seconds. If I reconnect and press the on button, it only vibrates, nothing comes up on the screen.  Now the phone only vibrates there is no light or display of sony on the screen. What is wrong with the phone?

I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using Update Service..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
