Im trying to update my mobile to latest update ie,4.1.B.0.587 but it strucking in the sencond step which directing to hold the back key and reconnect like that i does all that but still its not moving to 3rd step kindly provide some support
As a first step, try restarting your computer and change USB-port for cable. It should do the trick.
