software problem

HI.

Please help me to solve my problem .

iI have a Xperia neo v and when i open whats app, viper or even facebook mssenger it has closed and say "unfortunatly whats app has stopped" .

I try reinstel  it and it didn't work ,i try factory rest also it didn't work what should i doooo ?????

Contact the app developers regarding this issues, also if you have a taskiller, antivirus, ram apps, etc could be creating this issue
