Which laucher you are using on your mobile ?? Could you please let me know ?

Also what are those apps 1st row 4th colume and 2nd row rth column?

        Iam not using any launcher  in my device and also the above screenshot is my device screen shot,  i need a sofkey navigation bar my xperia neo v without any launcher because launcher is slow my device performance,
