Soft Static Noise in Speaker

My recently purchased Z2 has a very soft static noise in both speakers after any sound is played on the speakers.You can only hear it if you put your ear on the speaker and only lasts for a few seconds. This was also happening on my previous phone, a Samsung Galaxy S4. Is this normal, a software problem or is it a fault. Please help.

Try to disable microphone noise suppression in call settings.

No luck it still has the static noise. Does anyone else experience this?

If you say your other device had it too,could it be related to the SIM or your network?

i removed the sim and restarted it. no difference. do you have any idea what else it could be?

A faulty SIM.Try another one.

I tried 2 other sims and restarted it. Still has a crackling sound. Do You think it could be something else

It might be related to the device.Do you have a sony service close to you where you could stop by?

You said the same thing in the upper post.I think you should have the phone checked at a sony service.
