Soft keys does not work

I'm using Sony Xperia Z. Home button, recent button and back button are not working. I've tried everything. I've reboted the phone 5 times.

You could always try to boot the phone into safe mode to see if you experience the same behaviour. But if same thing occurs in safe mode, I suggest that you perform a software repair using PC Companion.
