Hello, Anyone can please help me to turn off the vibration for any sms notifications in my Z1? No matter if the speaker setting is loud, quiet etc. it always vibrate... I am on newest KitKat. I do not see this option in settings to be honest...
There is no general setting for the vibrate function for notifications. This is controlled by the applications itself. For example, if you want to turn off the vibration for the preinstalled messaging app you go to Messaging > Menu button (three vertical dots) > Settings > Unmark "Notification vibration".
I suggest that you check the settings for each application to see if you can find a similar option.
