The Xperia Transfer works for windows mobile, but no guarantee on compatible with all models of windows mobile.
Please take note some models may be vary and may not be compatible on certain items that you want to transfer. Usually contacts will work fine thats the most important.
Which version did you use. the mobile version or the one from PC Companion. Try the one From PC Companion if you've not.
For the Xperia Transfer mobile, i can't advise much cause i dont have other platform phones to try that.
