SMS not working

i has been more than 2 weeks and i'm not able to send SMS through my no. called my NETWORK also but they said to update my service centre no. and till now i couldn't find where r the settings to update my service centre no.

What does it say when you try to send sms? have you tried using other simcard? if it works with other sim maybe its the networks problem.,

the issue could be a faulty/old SIM card or incorrect APN settings

it says could not send in the notification bar

and tried to insert my sim in other phones and can send SMS from them but not in active
maybe updation of service centre no. could help(as my network operator suggests) but i couldn't find where to entre the service centre no.

Even updating to ICS couldn't help

APN settings r for MMS and WAP not for SMS  i guess

i try to update my SMSC it say's update error

and neither switching to GSM worked

tried other network sim also still can't send SMS

Then try a factory reset and then try to update the SMSC again.
