smat call handling

hi.i test it's ear proximity and it doens't have any problem.it works fast.but smart call handlin doesn't work.befor i clear data it's data it answers the calls late and other motions didn't work at all.now non of them works.

i'm talking about smart call handling.(settings>personalization>motion>smart call handling).it doesn't work.ear sensor is working very good but smart call handling doesn't work when the phone ringing.

I enabled smart call handling on my experia z2 and it's really good all the way until I get a waiting call and take the phone of my ear to see who is calling me and if i decided not to take this call and wanted to get back to the ongoing call it just answer the waiting call!! I tried many things but i just don't know how to fix this
