smartwatch sm2 apps vanish regularly

My smartwatch sm2 randomly resets and ALL my apps vanish, resetting the watch does not fix things and updating to the latest firmware does nothing also, I did once manage to get apps to reshow but not of the time, once to twice a week and the longest with this not happening is four weeks, is there any way of restoring all my all at the same time instead of one by one?

ok, I had a update available but the watch and phone reported the firmware as "up to date", seems that every time this happens it's down to an update being available, the only indication I get is that facebook updates but no graphics show for facebook, then, once I have updated, all my apps return with all the art work that comes with them, it would be nice to have a app that backs up all the sm2 apps and settings for it and then be able to restore or reinstall all of the smartwatch apps and maybe a notice that there is an update available
