Smartwatch MN2

Hi,

I had been using the smartwatch for a few days now, and now it seems that I am unable to charge the device/see any indicator of charging

Pressing the power button for 15 second does not seem to reset it either. p.s. I had tried to charge it on another USB port as well as on another PC without any luck.

Any idea on what else I can do?

If nothing works, suggest you send it to your local Service Centre for evaluation.

Hi,

Just an update, I manage to charge the watch on one of the laptop usb port (maybe it needed a USB 3.0 port?).

Also if the battery is completely drained, you need to wait for awhile before the charging indicator comes out / pressing on button.

Hope this helps anyone else who may have the same issue as I had.
