smartwatch can not recharger?

Hi everybody... why smartwatch I can not recharge, initially smartwatch battery runs out because I forgot to re-fill my last recharge was not able to fill and smartwatch total dead or not lit. please help. thank you

Connect your SW to a wallcharger (not a computer) press and hold power > let it charge for few hours

I've tried the suggested but it does not fill. is there any other way you?
