SmartWatch 2 - the 3 keys does not work

SmartWatch 2 - the 3 keys does not work

The three keys on the bottom of the screen (Back key , Home key and Action key) does not respond anymore.

I can enter the home screen by swiping from up to down at the watchface and I can swipe between my applications.

But none of the three buttons work now. So I can no longer exit an application after I started one.

I have tried restarting and also resetting fom the "Settings app" and option "Reset SmartWatch".

Then I can connect to my phone again.

But my buttons no longer work....

Common problem?

Anyone had it and it can be solved or else Sony costomer support issue?

Hi It's me again 🙂

After the battery got totally drained, the watch stopped and then after I charged it again, the bottons work again 🙂

So I had this problem for 4-5 days and made factory reset and thought the watch was totally broken since it didn't help... but then the power drained totally and after it was charged, it works again.

Very very nice, but strange Slightly_smiling_Face

So problem solved, but a case to the searchable history if anyone gets the same problem.

Ok, now some updates..

The problem occurred again, after some weeks. I mean, the keys stopped working.

After a restart (or battery drain) it worked again...

Now - the display is black. Dead. 

Something seems wrong this this poor SW..
