I just updated my smartband a few days ago as I was prompted to do. As soon as it was finished though I realized that ALL my info in the liflog app was gone. Is there a way of getting it back?

Try to log out of the Lifelog app and then sign in again using the same account as you originally registered. That should bring back all your old data.
