SMART WATCH 2 NOT WORKING

THIS IS MY PROBLEM

MY SMART WATCH 2 WAS FREAZ

AND NOTHING HAPPEND

ITS CONECTED TO MY COMPUTER AND STEAL NOTHING

I PRESS THE POWER BUTTON

NOTHING HAPPEND

WHAT CAN CAN I DO?

THERE IS ANY RESET OR SOMETHING?

As it's not turning on you will have to use the 1st option to run a repair - Your Pc will not recognise your watch unless it's in repair mode - Also is your watch charged?

MY PC IS FINE ' WORKING GOOD

THE PROBLEM IS THE WATCH ITSELF

I INSTALL THE UPDATE SERVICE

AND CONNECT THE WATCH TO MY COMPUTER

AND NOTING HAPPEND

I TRY TO PRESS THE POWER BUTTON

AND STEAL THE SAME

It may take a few tries to time it just right - However when you plug the watch into your Pc does your Pc recognise it or does it say that an unknown usb device is plugged in?

its not recognise

If it's not charging and it's not been recognized then it could be your USB port or the cable or worst of all a hardware failure,

This may be a case of returning it back to the place of purchase or sending it to a Sony repair centre
