Smart headset pro sometimes unable to answer call

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4

I just brought the headset pro last month. After connect and update the softwares. I have the latest.

     Smart connect s/w 5.3.7

     Smart headset pro 0.1.E.1.6

     Host app. 1.1.30

Everything seen to work(Still hv bug) OK except when you listen to radio or SD music and the call coming in or call out. It work fine at first, but sometime(A few hours later) when the call coming in you still can answer with mutli function button but both party CANNOT talk to each other until you drop the call reboot smart pro then back to normal. This things can happen twice a day or more. :smileyangry::smileyconfused:

I have reset to factory default for both S4 and smart pro but still the same. Anyone can help?

I haven't experienced the same behavior with the Smart Wireless headset pro connected to an Sony Xperia phone. Have you tried to reinstall the software using Update Service?

Thank you for your answer. I have tried your method reinstall via WIRED. The problem happened once. After that seen ok.(But last two week my call traffic was low). Will see later.
