I own a smart headset, that comes with Xperia P
I use it for 3 weeks already, but there is something wrong with the headset todayThe volume of both side not equal, i mean, the left side has a lower volume than right side.
Help please!
Hi,
please make sure the jack is fully inserted try unpluging it then again inserting....could you try with any other headphones...?? to make sure if it's a problem with phone or headset..??
keep me updated...:smileyhappy:
I'm sure that there is problem with my headset. I plugged into phone and laptop, the result was just the same.
Quite sad with it, just after 3 weeks then had problem already.
I went to google play to install a music player with sound balance. I lower the sound at the right side in order to match the left side. Fortunately it works, yet my headset still had problem.
Can i ask for replacement at Sony Centre? Can it count as manufacture defect?

Sorry for the late reply
Fortunately, my headset works great now!
I left it for a few days, then there is no problem with it already.
I think it's because of the internal wiring..
Thanks!
