Smart Connect not working with bluetooth or battery charger or other accessories

Hi, I've already searched around the web without a solution.

My problem is that the Phone won't launch the event macros associated with an accessory.

If I connect bluetooth headset won't start Smart Connect Macro i created

If I connect the battery charger cable same problem.

If i open Smart Connect app and switch off and back on instead the event (if the accessory is already connected) macros regularly start.

Is there something i miss?

Did you try clearing its cache?

- Go to Settings -> Apps -> Smart Connect -> Force stop, Unistall updates, Clear data, restart your phone.
- Go to your Play Store and update Smart Connect again.

I'll give it a try; at the moment I don't have any accessory with me.

Ok, after trying the clean up it does recognize battery charger.

Still doesn't work with bluetooth earphone or pc bluetooth dongle (in this case it doesn't even recognize it as an accessory).

I'm confused

Open Accessories tan on your SmartConnect app, tap on the PLUS icon in the top right corner, choose an accessory from bluetooth devices list. If you can't find the accessory you need to add in this list ret to pair it again.

I already did.

It's not even a problem the bluetooth dongle (minor issue for me) but the bluetooth earphone that even if paired and recognized when connected to my Z3 doesn't activate the smart connect macro i saved.

Still not working then, maybe I'll try with a different bluetooth earphone...
