I have this device and I am greatly disheartened by its performance. Just like has been mentioned by other users, the phone has frequent instances of hanging. My phone went dead yesterday (27Th October 2013) and all attempts to jump start it failed. Even the usual removal and return on the sim card did not materialise. It is only after I decided to insert my ear pones that it came restarted. Thank God I had some instant settings for the earphones. All in all, the phone has very many issues with its launching speeds. It doesn't respond when you slide to pick calls. Even if it picks, it stays mute for the first 6-10 seconds before communication can commence. This is so frustrating. I have reset it almost 6 times with no success. What could be the next cause of action?
