I have SE NEO V, Its take about 15-20 sec to open my contact list or the keypad. I have 4.0.3 os.

yes it takes sometime opening the dialer in ICS..dont worry for tht:smileyhappy:

open the dialer and then delete the call logs if the lag persists run SUS or PCC again and repair your phone that might fix this issue
