SL ram problem

I am having a major ram problem here. this problem started after the latest Android update. now iam having ram less than 160MB and my phone soon lagging. what can I do to have at least 250MB free. my battery also drains soon quickly. is rooting a good method?

antivirus

battery apps

booster apps

i use ram booster , without that the phone was having more lagging than now . then what Should i do?

Repair your phone with SUS or PCC also keep in mind that keeping a lot SMS/MMS will slow down your phone, periodical, empty cache of streaming apps or apps such as instagram, facebook, youtube, etc.
