Sk17i screen error

I bought my xperia mini pro (sk17i) about 4 month ago, When i use it, sometimes the screen is turn off, just the light of menu and back button turn on and I don't know how to turn the screen on. When i got the battery out and put it back, the phone return normal. Anyone can help me!!!? please!!

Have you tried repairing the software in PC Companion? If not, you should try it. Please get back to me if the problem still persists.

Yes I did, I tried update it through "PC Companion" and "Update Service" but the problem still persists. How can I get it back to you? I'm from Vietnam.

If the problem is still there, there isn't much you could do by yourself unfortunately. Contact your local Sony Xperia support and ask them for nearest service location since this phone needs to be repaired.
