Anyone think that the six axis can be connected to Xperia V without rooting? It has Playstation certification, i know it's maybe just for the PS store.
And anyone know the mobile ps store comes in all countrys?
Using the LiveDock accessory and a USB-cable you can connect the Xperia V with the six axis controller and navigate the menus. However, it seems like it doesn't work very well while gaming. The keymapping seems to be a bit off. So I would not recommend using it for gaming.
And no, the PS Store isn't available in all countries and I don't have any information on if or when all countries will have access to it.
Okay thanks Samuel. But what do you mean when you say a bit off?
What about other usb controllers?
A bit off meaning some buttons works, but not as they should. Tried for example Hill Climb Racing, back button were mapped at both green and red button, and the pink/blue had no function at all. I think there's some software out there which makes it possible to remap the keys but it requires root.
Not sure about other controllers, only have a PS3 sixaxis-controller here to try unfortunately.
A shame. Just wanted to know before i but a adaptor to link usb Micro
