SIM card

hello!

i bought a xperia Z1 by internet sell and it s so difficult to put the SIM card inside!i have to push a lot !but the phone di nt recognize the card!!

what can i do!?.??..

When you insert the sim card from the socket box does that sound when entering or spring return fully to the sidelines

The most common cause of this is not using the SIM tray, did you insert it with or without the tray?

the pb with the sim card is resolved!but now it makes weird noise (bbzzzz, bzzzzz, bzzzz) and dont lignt up!:(((

i m tired !HEEEEELP

did i have to return it to the saler?
