Hi, I have put the sim card into my phone without putting it in the tray first. Does anyone have any tips as to how I get it back out? Thank you.

Take it to your Local support ASAP, don't try anything else as you can permanently damage your phone.
Hi, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I am nowhere near a Sony store, I wonder if my mobile phone provider's store would be able to help?
