Hey guys,
So I bought a Xperia S a couple of months ago. I bought it unlocked and has worked fine untill now. I had a portuguese SIM card on it and now I tried to change it to a UK network provider and I'm having problems.
At first I thought it had something to do with the UK network provider (giffgaff), because I had to active the SIM card online. But then I tried it on another phone and it was fine.
I even looked up online to check if my phone was actually unlocked, through this tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-EecUR0ty40 . No cross on the network provider so I guess yes.
The weird thing is, with the UK SIM card, I have internet on the phone, through data traffic, I have network signal but I'm not able to make any calls or texts.
I'm a bit desperate and upset.
Any idea?
