sim card option gone

hi im using WT19i i instal costum rom and i found out ther is no sim card option. wer can i download sim card option so that i can chick my load balance tnx.

Since you have installed a customer ROM I'm afraid I won't be able to help you out. Anyone else that has any suggestions?
