SONY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS!
I purchased a Sony z1 recently upon inserting my sim the tray got slightly stuck after wiggling it a bit an eventually pullin it out it may have tampered with the pin readers... So I sent my phone to so my phone to the repair centre with freepost, omg did those wastemen try tell me it's physical damaged I was outraged I have never once dropped my phone, removed are crazy I swear I coulda three £549 in the drain direct... Now I'm in an appealing process at suppose have to wait n see
So I said no so there lookin into it because it's there design flaw in manufacturing the handset, WORD TO THE WISE Z1 is a good phone don't get me wrong In all honesty buy an IPHONE AN IM NOT AN APPLE FAN AT ALL, WITH APPLE THERES JUST THAT CERTAINTY & PEACE OF MIND IN CUSTOMERS INTREST IS PUT 1st where with Sony I believe their engeeners don't look at the phone nor problem in detail JUST DEEM EVERYTHING AS PHYSICAL DAMAGE! Fix my phone removed!
