Sim and memory error

Every day without fail my phone tells me that it cannot detect either the memory card or sim card...I have to keep resetting my phone to get them back...does anyone know what might be causing this problem?

It maybe be that they are faulty. But try booting on safe mode and see if you still keep getting the same failure message.

1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Hi,

Just like Phy said, the cards may be faulty but it's strange that you loose the connection with both cards. Do you have the possibility to try another SIM and/or SD-card to see if same thing happens?
