Side buttons hard to press

Hi there,

first of all: my Z3 D6603 is 6 months old and does not have a single scratch, it is flawless and had no crash or fall. However over the last months the buttons to the side lost their easiness.

My buttons on the right hand side lost their "click" point, you don't a feeling anymore for when you have actually pressed the button successfully. Power button is half good, volume up is mediocre, volume down is working but I have to press really hard, it is annoying and I fear total loss of function within the next months.

What should I do?

have you dropped your phone or spill any liquid that wasn't water, perhaps soda, beer, etc?

Contact your local Sony Xperia Support, that's a hardware issue.
