shows headphone connected, but actually not

Hi all,

I am having xperia S. after updating to Jelly bean it is showing problem that some time it shows headphone connected,but actually it is not connected. also when I start Fm radio it works without headset. also I am not able to talk on ear phone. for that I have to start speaker phone.

pls suggest me the solution
