should i wipe my phone before sending off for repair?

Hi. I am sending off my xperia z1c for repair as the WiFi keeps dropping out and my download and upload speeds are very slow . My husband has the same phone and doesn't have any issues so I know it's my phone rather than our wifi. My question is should I wipe it before I send it?  I know it'll get wiped once it arrives anyway and I have everything backed up. Thank you!

It will be wiped there as far as I know,after a hardware repair they will perform a software reset too. But you can do it for your own calm.
