Should I update my xperia s to JB

With all the users reporting about the bugs in new jelly bean update for xperia s,should i update my xperia s to jb?

That depends on what you use your phone for - If it is mainly to send messages and take calls then yes update but if you use your phone to take videos or to use it in the same means as some of the bugs been reported then no - Choice is yours however I can say that the battery saving mode works fantastic on my sons phone but that could be down to it been rooted and all the non needed system apps been deleted

Battery saving mode is working great indeed. However when enabled you don't get email and whatsapp messenges. Also got the video- and the 2G bug. Waiting for .211

Yes you should! Jelly Bean gives you a completely new reason to have an Xperia S, it is so much great than ICS! In my point of view, XS ICS is an absolutely flawless OS, however, I consider Jelly Bean a much more capable, futuristic, focused OS. Basically JB is an extra featured ICS

I did this but nothing all comments 4.0.4 updated thousand remained, I antrbam if you update to 4.1.2 phone was bought from a certain telephone operator in Portugal

I bought mine in Phone House, it's an unlocked phone, if your phone is blocked to TMN you must wait until they release their JB version. Operator updates are different, they are submited to aprooval, then they made bloatware adds to the software and finally they release it. If you have a carrier phone you certanly will have to wait a few more days 😕
