Shortcut Menu

Why should we press a tab to be able to go to the shortcut menu after sliding down from the top? What advantages does this design preference have? It is very annoying. Before, just a slide down was sufficient to use the shortcut menu. Please, fix this.

Hi, slide two fingers next to each other and you will get the "quick settings", hope it Helps.
