will is it possible to revive the phone from short circuit? the LED indicator lights up if the charger is plugged-in if not what are you're actions regarding it?
You could try a soft rest by pressing and holding the power key and volume up key for around 10 seconds. If this does not help you could attempt software repair on the phone via the Update Service program http://bit.ly/Jb00HG.
