Settings auto reset to factory settings

Hi,

My xperia Z keeps auto resetting my settings back to factory settings... example, i've deactivated google voice typing for the keyboard, but after few hours, sometimes a day, it will automatically activate again... 

Can anyone help?? how to stop this auto resetting??

Hi, just be very sure that you did not inadvertently activated it. Also ensure that there are no apps that might trigger it on.

If you can confirm the above, suggest you perform a software repair.

confirmed didnt activate it myself... my friend using xperia z ultra is also having the same issue... 

any idea how to do a software repair...??

Repair software with PC Companion, http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

Be sure to do a backup as this will erase all phone data.
