setting up exchange in z3

I am trying to set up my corporate exchange email in my Z3, but i get a message of "you do not have permission to sync with this server....".  I have no problems setting up exchange email in my Samsung or Ipad using the same credentials.

My Z3 has android version is 4.4.4.

Appreciate help from anybody.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

This could be that there's a limit on the number of devices that can be connected to your account and that you have reached this limit. Try removing old devices that you no longer use from your account on Outlook Web Access and see if that helps.

If this is not the cause i recommend that you contact your IT-department to see why you are not allowed to connect with all devices.

I am having the same issue and error message with my new Sony Xperia Z3 Compact.

I can confirm we don't have an issue running into a device/connection limit with the server.  Our IT tried connecting his Sony phone to our server using my credentials and it worked.

Can you advise another possible issue/solution?
