My Xperia T will not let me set a custom picture as my lock screen image, I select the image that I want to use and it just reloads the page with the grid of images on. Over and over again.
I don't know why you're having this problem, but I can chose my custom lock screen image.....just go to settings-->display-->lock screen and chose a wallpaper from you album and crop it as needed.
