Greetings! No problems - this phone is excellent. But I have a few questions to set up the device:

1. How to create a folder for shortcuts on the desktop (& in the main menu if possible)?

2. How to create an additional desktops?

3. Is it possible to record phone conversations from the line and microphone without root rights?

To create a folder on the homescreen on your phone just drag and drop an icon on top of one that you'd like to have in the folder and you'll be able to name the folder etc.

Concerning the two other questions both requires third part apps, so check the Play Store for such and hopefully you can easily find out.
