Hi all, I got my Xperia J on Saturday as it enabled me to reduce my contract cost by nearly half, but am having a number of problems with my phone. First of all, it wont connect to my computer via the USB so I can't transfer anything from my PC to my phone. Secondly, when I am on a call, the phone is so sensitive, I only need to move my hand by a millimetre to find that I have put the caller on hold/mute/ended call/transferred etc and am calling someone else who I haven't spoken to in years!
The screen on the other hand can be under sensitive - trying to turn the alarm clock off in the morning is a nightmare as the widgets don't work from the first screen, and even when I am pressing dismiss, the alarm continues.
I have signed up to this for two years, but I think I will have to put my sim card back in my old iphone 3gs and use that instead as I can't be talking to a work colleague one minute then a long forgotten contact the next!
Is anyone else having problems like these?
Thanks Justine
1 turn off your xperia j > install SUS > restart your PC > turn off your antivirus and firewall > press and hold the volume down button THEN connect the USB cable > do NOT release the volume down button > wait few minutes, your PC should download the drivers > restart our PC > turn on your Xperia J
