Send text message error cannot deliver

I am facing a problem cannot sent out message the erroneous shown ion the phone message has no valid recipient ...why is that how should I correct it

it could be an MMS and you have the wrong APN settings

it could be that your SIM card its too old or acting up and you need a new SIM card

or  it could be that there is a network issue.
